MG Associates was established by Martin Gammon in 2014 to enable companies to access senior level corporate advisory.  All of our team have significant operational track records in their chosen disciplines and have worked in a wide variety of environments fixing business problems and finding solutions for the many challenges facing companies today.

Martin is a senior business leader who supports small and medium sized companies and private equity firms in a non-executive or advisory capacity.  Martin's career included a period in which he set up, grew and then sold two companies before joining OCS Group where he became Chief Executive Officer, UK & Europe, running a £500m plus business with over 27,000 staff in a very competitive market.  He has extensive experience in the business services sector and now brings his insights to support a range of companies in a consulting and non-executive capacity.  

He currently holds non-executive roles with StaffSafe, Principle Cleaning Services, Safe Group, Entier and The Grichan Whitestone Partnership
